From film and video art, Li will explorethe developmental trajectory in today’s art world, hence comprehend the transdisciplinary relations of these media and understand the very intriguing structure of mixed media in the contemporary world. Through the discursive pattern over time and evidence, Li finds the technique and aesthetics of the evolution of media. Li will also explain this media evolution through examples of work from the Chinese.
從電影、錄像藝術來看今天藝術的發展，並從中體會這些媒介之間的跨越關係，增進對這些媒介的理解，並瞭解其交叉構成的綜合媒介的當代狀況。通過這一敘述的時間關聯和舉證，找到媒介演進的技術和美學線索，同時將中國當代藝術發展中出現的媒體藝術作為另一個線索和參照。這個演講還將涉及更多針對這一話題延伸出來的新藝術形態，以及那些沒有被納入到藝術範疇，但卻有著更加爭議性的身體介入的表演。
