< previous artist | next artist > Max Kazemzadeh (USA) Exhibited Artwork: SpinFlick Artist Statement: 藝術家陳述 Everything in our world can be thought of as an interface influencing the way we see and understand our own dentity within the context of public/social space. Physical interfaces, symbols, signs, spaces, noises, and any other forms of stimuli that we either inhabit, are exposed to, or use can affect how we interact and communicate with others. SpinFlick investigates the relationship between the initial gesture, or the "Spin" of a coin, and the byproduct "Flick" slang for "Movie" which refers to the narrative effects caused by the initial gesture.
